Bimetal Bandsaw Blades

Manufactured from 2 metals – M42 tool steel is welded via an electron beam to a flexible backer to provide the benefits of blade flexibility with the ability to cut through hard materials.

Straight Pitch – For cutting solid sections straight pitch blades provide better chip clearance for faster cutting.

Variable Pitch – For cutting hollow sections variable pitch blades provide less vibration on the workpiece and give smoother cut.

  • Strut
  • Threaded rod
  • Stainless steel
  • Pipe
